Everything we do at CUH is focused on improving the quality, safety and experience of the care we provide for our patients and our staff.

For the next three years, we are working with the not-for-profit Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) as our improvement partner.

Our aim is to change the way we do things over the next 5-10 years and provide training to empower our staff to make improvements.
We are facing unprecedented challenges and pressures, and this is the next phase of our improvement journey to help us address the topics that matter most to us in the future.
