All documents must be approved by the relevant divisional or taskforce bronze command or silver command before they are submitted for inclusion on the portal. If you are unsure of your bronze command group please contact your divisional leadership team who will advise. Silver command can be contacted via: COVID19@addenbrookes.nhs.uk

Once approved the document should be sent to the Document Team (docteam@addenbrookes.nhs.uk) for inclusion on the portal. In addition to the document and approval table the following information must be provided when submitting your document;

• Confirmation of where the document was approved (bronze or silver command)
• The date of approval from bronze or silver command (this approval should be included in the meeting minutes/action log).

Documents submitted without this information will not be added to the portal.
