Confidential, safe and supportive one-off conversation with an experienced CUH coach

‘Time Out’ offers a safe, supportive and completely confidential phone or video conversation with one of our trained internal coaches. It’s an opportunity for you to decompress, with protected time and space to think and reflect. You will be listened to and gently encouraged to explore and understand your situation more fully, consider issues from a different perspective and enhance your effectiveness and well-being. This is not about offering advice or problem solving.

Specific benefits could include an increased sense of focus, confidence and resourcefulness; an increased ability to handle challenging situations; an increased ability to relate to and influence others; an increased capacity to see things from a different perspective and an increased ability to preserve well-being.

Want to find out more? To access this service, please send an email to Leader@addenbrookes.nhs.uk including your department and division so that we can allocate you a coach from a different area of the Trust.
