This is one of our priorities as well as improving the patient experience and care. It is everyone’s right, whether you are a member of staff, a patient or a member of the public, to be treated as an individual and treated with respect.
At its simplest, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion is about treating people as individuals – considering the various and diverse needs of patients, the public and staff and striving to meet them.
